"I chose this property because of its proximity to my granddaughters schools and my son's home in Altadena. The neighborhood is charming and lined with amazing date palms and well kept yards. "This unit had ample space for 2 people and could definitely hold more, plenty of spaces to work remotely and the neighborhood is idyllic with lush trees and birds. We needed to wash some dishes before using them but that was likely due to the previous guests. Overall, James was a phenomenal host and I'd definitely book again"

"The guest house was in a great location. It was on a quiet street with gorgeous Mountain View’s. The accommodations were great and the owner was very responsive. "

"While you may share the upstairs bathroom with another guest, the place is absolutely spotless. You can use the fridge and anything else. If you are renting a car, I do suggest a narrower one for the smaller space in the garage. Other than that you have a clean, friendly and safe place to stay. Communication was very good, and I had no trouble during my time there. It is also convenient to public transit."

"We were one of the first to rent this house and found it very clean and newly renovated. We had 4 people that each got their own bedroom and queen or king bed. The layout is great for having your own bedroom, but lots of open space to gather as well. The kitchen, DR & LR form a great room with access to a patio and nice little backyard. The best part was that Jing (owner) was very responsive to any requests that we had and was a delightfully cheerful host. "

"We had a cozy and happy stay here with two parents and a grade school kid. Having our own place and a kitchen was key for a four day visit to family in the area. Love the colors, the wardrobe, being able to do a load of laundry and we all miss that fabulous shower! "

"My husband and I were in the area to visit family, and this ended up being the perfect place to stay. It was just the right size for 2 people, and is located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. The owner does a great job with communication, and makes himself available for anything that might pop up. We will definitely come back next time we’re in town. "

"We had a fantastic time staying here! Our group was in La Verne for a three-day weekend event with high school students, and this place was perfect. Jeff was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and futon were comfortable, and the fancy shower in the master bedroom was a big hit. We also really appreciated the private garage and the extra parking space in the gated area. Overall, a great experience."
