"The check in process was very easy . It was quiet and enough space for my family of 5 . Upon arrival my son was going to sleep on the sofa bed but it was broken so he ended up just sleeping on the couch . The second room had curtains to block everyone out one of the curtains was hanging out of the ceiling. "Upon arrival at this building the place looked dirty and unpleasant to me. When entering the room according to my stay the garage door would be available, but for some mysterious reason it was not. The middle bedroom bed frame was broken, that it could not be used to sleep. I reported the issue but was never addressed. Due to this issue some of my family members ended up sleeping on the couch and floor. The corridors inside the building smelled bad and the elevator sounded like it was falling...
