"A very comfortable hotel with great service. The rooms are snug but well appointed with all amenities. If you are looking for a very quiet stay opt for an internal facing rooms as those with balconies have a fantastic view, and give you a great atmosphere of the lake and old town, however can be noisy late into the night and early morning. We dined in the restaurant which was great food and service. Overall we had a great experience at the La Sinfonia del Ray. "

"The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter, which is where you want to be as a tourist. The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable by Western standards. Don't expect all the amenities of a Hilton or Marriott - if you want that then stay there. But you won't find those in the Old Quarter and then you'll be missing out.
