"Super happy after 2 nights stayed with my family (including seniors and children). Highly recommended. This is the best hotel in Hanoi's old quarter that you can checkin for cleanliness, comfy beds, spacious, short walking distance to all the attractions in the city and nearby many well-known local delicacies and coffee stores, very close to the Sword Lake (Ho Guom), very friendly and helpful staffs,... I was amazed by the great service from the hotel staffs who prepared a take-away breakfast...

"On arrival the staffeta was very helpful and got us into a room since we arrived before check in. The best part of this hotel is the staff the building is run down and the rooms need a major reno there is turf in the hallways on every floor. The wash rooms look and operate like their from the stone age. Staff areally great building terrible."

"Excellent support and service from the staff. We have a family of six (two adults and four children), and booked two rooms. The reception staff were very considerate and provided a rollaway bed (free of charge), and arranged rooms immediately adjacent to each other. Excellent location in the busy Old Quarter and also very quiet inside the hotel. The staff were also happy for us to store our luggage for two nights when we visited Ha Long Bay (before returning back to the hotel for another night)....
