"This hotel is perfect if you're looking for 5 star service without the cost. Staff went above and beyond anything you would experience in North America. They helped us at every turn with evisa's booking tours, restaurant recommendations, directions, general inquiries everything really. Same day laundry service, breakfast buffet, lovely roof top bar were also added benefits. Jenny, Jimmy,Tommy and all staff went out of their way to deliver top notch service. I recommend booking a junior suite, it was spacious and very reasonable. Trust me you will appreciate the extra space. Its not fancy but it was clean enough and a great location. 5 min walk to the lake, Metropole hotel, restaurants and shopping in the heart of the old quarter. I strongly recommend using grab or asking the hotel to arrange transport for you. Shop keepers and restaurants all reasonable in my experience. Everything was walkable or a short taxi ride away. I would stay there again for sure. I loved Vietnam and the staff majorly contributed to this experience. "
