"The property is at the heart of old quarter of Hanoi city which was the best thing, plenty of shopping and eating places nearby. However, the room was a but small and the lights were very dim in the room which was problematic. The staff were friendly and the checkin was smooth. Overall a nice stay at a good location."

"All staff are very friendly and helpful! Sofia went out of way in helping us with special requests! They packed nice breakfast for us when we had to leave early for Haling Bay trip. I checked in late, to find the main hotel closed up, and so I was directed to their ‘other’ building which was smaller, shabbier and didn’t even have a reception area.
