"The hotel is well located. However the description of rooms with an internal windows are deeply misleading. The window is a small light well which means literally no light in a lower floor. Unlike other internal window rooms we’ve stayed in, the window does not look over internal space on the hotel. Very, very disappointing. We raised the issue and nothing was done until check out when the manager profusely apologies and refunded us some money. The pool is also freezing cold - there is no indoor...
