What a beautiful and well located boutique hotel in Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff were amazing from check in to check out! JM Marvel was our “home base” and we returned 3 times to our Hanoi home. Ny was our main point of contact and he pampered us and we were very well treated by the entire staff, but Ny was exceptional! Highly recommend!

The hotel staff at JM Marvel was wonderful. Always checking in to make sure my family was good. They provided great recommendation on food and services near the hotel. They also went above and beyond by noticing my mom upcoming birthday and decorated her room with balloons and happy birthday sign. The entire staff was delightful and thoughtful. From the front desk manager Jayce to the cleaning crew that decorated my mom’s room to the kitchen staff. I highly highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful, they really provided outstanding service. We needed to leave early one morning for a guided tour, and they arranged for the restaurant to be available for us before official opening, so we could pack up some breakfast items to go. Location is also great, close enough to all the excitement in the Old Quarter and train street, tons of cafes, restaurants, street food stalls and stores within walking distance. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The location is right in the middle of Old Quarter Ha Noi, walkable to many food spots, shopping, etc. Very clean rooms and comfortable, also fast laundry service. Jayce the concierge and Hieu the bartender at the Sky Bar really were some of the best service experiences we had in Vietnam. We had a fabulous creative dinner at affordable prices and the breakfast is great in the morning. The rooms were appointed and modern, with great beds, just not a lot of area to move around inside the room.
