"the staff were stupendous, Dominic N especially. There was a mix up with my credit card so i was asked to go by the hotel to pay for my hotel room. I went and paid in cash, but due to a misunderstanding with expedia PG rules, i was supposed to pay by credit. I asked Dominic if there was any way to get the cash back and pay by credit instead and he said YES!!! i was not expecting that honestly. staff all knew who i was as soon as i mentioned my name... don't know if that good of bad...LOL It...
