"We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were of a good size, the bathroom was clean and also well-sized. Water pressure and hot heater all worked well. The beds were firm, pillows and duvet were perfect. The only downside to our room was the lack of a proper window-the one above our bed had poor insulation and we felt a draft over our heads at night when we opened the window shade. "Just stayed one night, since we'd been to Hanoi already. Vivienne's welcome was amazing, and a room upgrade was a total surprise – made our stay extra special! The room's gorgeous, comfiest bed and pillows I've found in Asia so far. Breakfast had a great selection, eggs cooked how you like, and a fancy coffee bar. The gym was fine for weight training. We skipped the spa as it was a bit too pricey, and a bit chilly for the pool. Some street noise, but quiet after 10 pm. I'd totally recommend...

"Great location. You can walk for food choices and many convenience markets in area for snacks. I had single room. Good shower . Property Safe in room quiet and clean. Breakfast and staff very helpful for tours or any other question. Airport pickup and drop off excellent. Arrange through hotel. I arrived at midnight and nice to have driver there. I stayed 4 nights . Would have preferred larger room but it worked. Did not spend much time in room anyway. Later moved on to Danang as planned. "
