"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good with plenty of options for vegetarians and as a vegan I managed to eat ok. The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter. "Comfortable hotel that is located not too far from the tourist attractions in Old Quarters but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The rooms I had were well insulated from the street noise. Unfortunately the last evening was marred by very early morning renovation works (knocking and drilling from building next door). Nothing that the hotel could do. Staff were very friendly and helpful plus conversant in English. Breakfast we very good with both buffet and ala carte choices. "

"I spent six night at Aira Boutique, four before a Halong Bay cruise and two after. The first four nights were in one of the larger rooms, with a balcony at tree level above the main street. The last nights were in a regular sized room with a tiny balcony without much of a view. Both rooms were great. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they set up my Halong Bay tour at a time when lots of things were booked. I felt welcome and "seen." AC and Wifi worked great. Great shower too. ...
