Upon arrival, We booked our package tours as : Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night tour Sapa 2 days 1 night tour Hoa lu – Tamcoc – Mua cave 1 day tour by Mr. Tom with good promotion. Our premium room was large, clean and good view. Hotel location was good too.

Great location and outstanding staff. They greet you with smiles when you arrive and when you go out. Everyone is so helpful and if there is a problem with your room they take care of it immediately. Very easy check in and checkout. I’ve stayed here three different years and will gladly return next year.

Great service and staff and very convenient location right around the corner from the lake. It is on a busier street however and it would be best to bring earplugs or choose a room that’s not fronting onto the street if possible.

I loved this hotel. Ruby helped set up travel for me when I left to Ha Long Bay and she arranged transportation to Ninh Binh. She was wonderful in helping me schedule my trip. It's a great hotel. Very nice room with a view of the street below. I highly recommend.

We booked the Victor Gallery but on arrival were transferred to their sister hotel across the road the Victor rooftop, as there was no twin room available at the gallery. Hotel was okay overall, reasonably priced, good location and staff were very pleasant. However the room environment was not as clean as you would expect with dust under the beds and in dust the cupboard holding the fridge. Bed linen and towels were clean. This did not detract from our great experience in Hanoi.
