"The hotel was very convenient and highly accessible to the Old Quarter of Hanoi. It is located off a side street away from the busy street that made it more pleasant to stay in. The rooms were comfortable and had plenty of space and served traditional cuisines for breakfast that we were able to try and enjoy. They were also very helpful with coordinating the transportation to and from the airport and gave us recommendations of places and restaurants to visit. "

"Staff are incredibly attentive and thoughtful, they remember our names and even room numbers! Breakfast was pretty good with a nice selection on their cooked to order menu. The location is fantastic. The restaurant and spa are lovely too. I was concerned I wouldn’t like the food at MIAs restaurants because they cater to a western clientele but the food was delicious. My only feedback is the rooms have a bit of light that we can’t turn off and bothered us slightly"
