"All staff are very nice and professional. They will try their best to offer help to the customers and provide recommendations for food and tourist spots. For example, when my friend and I need to leave Hanoi in the morning, the staff even prepared a takeaway breakfast for my friend and me. The caring attitude of the staff makes this hotel a very nice place for accommodation."

"Comfortable hotel that is located not too far from the tourist attractions in Old Quarters but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The rooms I had were well insulated from the street noise. Unfortunately the last evening was marred by very early morning renovation works (knocking and drilling from building next door). Nothing that the hotel could do. Staff were very friendly and helpful plus conversant in English. Breakfast we very good with both buffet and ala carte choices. "

"Cute little hotel in old quarter - note it is not 4 star standard more like a 3 star hotel however the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly and made our stay very special. We were after big rooms and good location and that is exactly what we got so we were very happy. Even booking tours with the hotel was easy, reliable and reasonably priced. "

"A superb hotel. My only disappointment was that I couldn't stay longer. The welcoming team were exceptionally professional and attentive. The rooms are beautifully appointed. I felt like I was at a Ritz Carlton or equivalent hotel. The bed was deliciously comfortable and of the two separate nights I stayed, I think there was an aroma therapy infused into the pillows. Nice mini bar, Juliet balconies, great workspace, reliable internet. Rooftop pool is small and simply, but totally adequate...
