"Hotel management and staff were very helpful with the stay, arranging site seeing excursions and with laundry service. Room was small, but nice, and had a large bathroom. View was looking over Hanoi Old Quarter from 6th floor. Breakfast was simple, not huge options, but enough to get what you need. Easy walking distance of many old quarter shops and restaurants. Took some effort to find as Google Maps places you in wrong spot a block west of actual location, but if you look for the building...
