"Open minded to to many things I found the Royal Palace to be an excellent location in the heart of this vibrant city, close to many of the attraction and must see places in Hanoi Jimmy who mans the reception could not be more helpful advising you on the things to do and places to see and when the best times to visit Breakfast is served with the minimum of fuss for your own diet needs and always with a big smile if there is a better start to the day I have not found it. "

"An amazing service in an amazing location! We'd managed to accidentally double book, but the staff offered to refund one, even though they didn't have to! Breakfast was exceptional, massive choice and quality. We also dined in their Saigon restaurant, which is well worth a visit. Take mozzy spray, the lake does attract these unfortunately - the hotel does have plug-in repellents and flyscreens on the patio doors, but the odd one will still get in. The views and room are worth the risk, so don't let this put you off!"
