"I stopped here for 4 nights, whilst travelling around Vietnam for several weeks. It seemed like the perfect escape from bustling cities and car horns. Unfortunately, on my second day they hosted a private event. It may have been a one off, but I was given no prior warning. "Very very bad experience. My booking was cancelled even though i have received confirmation from expedia and payment has been made. The staff claim that the cancellatiob is due to non payment and they are unwilling to contact expedia and we got to sort out the issues ourselves despite us showing evidence that payment has been made. We got to make a long distance call to expedia and like usual, they will put you on hold. After back and forth for almost 2 hours. The issue is rectified with the...

"Lotus boutique Hotel centrally located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi close to all amenities. Staff were respectful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I was an older solo traveler and felt safe in this hotel at all times. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"This is the best hotel in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Our room was so quiet we did not hear any of the street noise. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Daria at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so many options at the buffet plus an additional a la cart menu that was all included - eggs made to order, vegetarian bun cha, many Vietnamese options as well as western. Highly recommend! "

"受付の方のサービスが最高でした。チェックインの段階から印象が良かったです。またチェックアウトの際、こちらが日程を間違えてご迷惑をおかけした際にもスマートに対応頂きました。金曜日夜の出発で、ナイトマーケットが始まってしまいホテル前までGrabが呼べずに困っていることをフロントで相談すると、予約したGrabの方と直接電話で対応してくれ、ピックアップの場所まで見送ってくれました。立地も最高ですが、それ以上に対応が良く次ハノイを訪れる機会があったら必ずこちらを利用したい思います。"
