"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good with plenty of options for vegetarians and as a vegan I managed to eat ok. The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter. The rooftop restaurant and bar are really nice. We had Christmas eve dinner there and it was really nice. They had vegan options for every course. Tracy was very helpful and booked us a trip to Ninh Binh and our flights...

"Comfortable hotel that is located not too far from the tourist attractions in Old Quarters but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The rooms I had were well insulated from the street noise. Unfortunately the last evening was marred by very early morning renovation works (knocking and drilling from building next door). Nothing that the hotel could do. Staff were very friendly and helpful plus conversant in English. Breakfast we very good with both buffet and ala carte choices. "
