"Did not get information about check in. Waited so long in lobby and no one show up. Was given false contact number therefore unable to call. Cannot reach them at all. Tried contacting via phone and email for days for refund. Accomodation was already paid. Lost our money. Security tried calling and cannot get to them. Total scam. Ended up staying at another hotel."

"My first impression was the great looking of the property. I felt safe with the way of accessing the place. The service was fantastic, we had everything we need while staying there. Btw, my wife loved how clean the towels are and their pleasant scent. We got our questions answered quickly and it is very helpful to us. We recommend it. "Excellent property. Clean and all amenities stacked up in the room. Just how it’s described. Location is excellent ,opp bui vien. Host is great with comm’s. "

"Staff was great and friendly. Property conditions were good. Groceries at walking distance. Big room, only thing that needs attention by the property is bed mattress. It was a bit worn, it will need to be replaced. I will definitely stay at Tropical House in the future. I enjoyed my stay there."
