"This was our favorite hotel on this trip. The room was lovely and the service was exceptional. On our last day, we needed to move to another hotel to meet our group. The Oriental Jade arranged and paid for our taxi to get there and gave us a farewell gift. Also, the benefits that came with the room such as free massages and drinks at the roof top bar really added to the value. Its well located on the edge of the old town not far from the lake. "After a smooth airport pick up arranged by Meritel, we were greeted with tea and cold towels in the beautiful French Colonial boutique hotel in the heart of old town Hanoi. Judy and Katy at the front desk were always helpful, arranging tours, making excellent dining and shopping suggestions and basically seeing to all our needs. William at the rooftop bar and Emma in the restaurant were also attentive and informative. The room faced the busy street but was very quiet. Bit cold for a rooftop swim...
