In the middle of Old Town Hanoi, which is an interesting experience, but would not recommend to go directly from the hotel if you are a wheel chair user or have little kids. In that case would recommend cab directly to and from hotel or stay in French Quarter. Old Town is busy with many cars and even more scooters, and basically no traffic lights.
