"Beautiful hotel and located at strategic plan. Feel like home, as all the staffs are very attentive and friendly. Everything is walking distance. We arrived early in the morning and the manager Alex immediately arranged 2 rooms for us. Alex was very accommodating and answered all our enquiries pertaining to Hanoi. He also helped to book Halong Bay cruise and day tour for us. My father in-law left his souvenirs bag in the van on the way back from Halong Bay. Alex helped to contact"

"We had a wonderful time in Hanoi and our stay at the Champton was great! Perfect location with easy walking to everything. The breakfast buffet was different every day and delicious. "An amazing service in an amazing location! We'd managed to accidentally double book, but the staff offered to refund one, even though they didn't have to! Breakfast was exceptional, massive choice and quality. We also dined in their Saigon restaurant, which is well worth a visit. Take mozzy spray, the lake does attract these unfortunately - the hotel does have plug-in repellents and flyscreens on the patio doors, but the odd one will still get in. The views and room are worth the risk, so don't let this put you off!"
