Beautiful boutique hotel with the loveliest staff who made our stay so pleasant. Special thanks to Lilly, Grace, Emma and Sophia — you were wonderful! Great location too and breakfast was awesome. Feedback we provided was more lighting and hanging hooks in the room; a functioning pool; and massage options laid out from the outset (eg private rooms, fragrance choice, etc.).

We would strongly recommend staying at this hotel!! My husband and I loved our time here. All of the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have anything you need and answer any questions you might have! Such great customer service including the airport transfer. Thank you to Sofia and Ken for making our transfer as smooth as possible as our flight was delayed multiple times. They communicated through WhatsApp and ensured our ride was waiting for us when we finally arrived at the airport in Hanoi. We were also offered a free room upgrade and they moved our bags for us while we explored the city. The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter within walking distance of attractions including train street. There is also a great free breakfast buffet with a menu you can order off to have your meal prepared by a chef if preferred. Thank you for the unbelievable customer service and for making our stay very memorable 🙏

All staff are very friendly and helpful! Sofia went out of way in helping us with special requests! They packed nice breakfast for us when we had to leave early for Haling Bay trip. The restaurant staff’s service was excellent and it has nice view of the Cathedral. The hotel is located right in the middle of old quarter and next to Cathedral. Perfect hotel and service. Will come back again.

Great 5 star hotel in the Old Quarter Hanoi . A great Roaring Twenties motif with amazing era furnishings. Rooftop bar and pool and a great spa downstairs. Perfectly located near all the activities in the Old Quarter. Great dining room with excellent food. The very best thing is the staff at all levels. The concierge staff are fantastic. They will find you , provide you or fix anything and everything you need . I have to mention Camellia , while everyone was wonderful she is amazing , beyond 5 star service !
