Find Hotel with a Concierge in Northern Vietnam

"The hotel is very nice and the service is great. If you like hard beds it is good for you but had difficulty myself since I am a stomach sleeper. If you are on business and do not like a lot of traffic there is no getting around it between 7am and 10am and back home around 5pm."

"The pictures that are shown on Expedia do not reflect in actual real world conditions. The front entrance area is dirty, run down and small/crowded. The hallways are also small and rundown, carpets are in need of changing, walls need patching up and painting. Family rooms need a major reno especially the bathroom. Sewer smell from the bathroom, caulking has black stuff on it(maybe mold) and water pressure ok to non existent. Shower area had a issue before my stay and they never patched the...

"A beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff! The hotel is well located for walking around the old city. Many shops and restaurants. You can walk to the lake and the Japanese bridge easily. Hang Phan was extremely helpful in making our stay comfortable! I highly recommend this boutique hotel! "
