"Avoid this hotel. The pictures on the website DO NOT represent what the condition of the hotel is currently. It is very run down and the only reason we stayed a second night was because I was sick all day the 1st day. The bathroom water pressure is none existent, we weren’t given a wifi password, no toilet paper, you need to turn on a switch for hot water which we also weren’t told about. This is a terrible rundown place and not worth the price they charge. We went to a different hotel in Hanoi...

"This hotel is better than I expected and the location is just perfect! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. English is not an issue and everyone spoke just fine! We got the deluxe queen room and it was well sized. The hotel room is quiet despite being in the heart of old quarter. I loved it! This will be one of the hotels I returned to next time in Vietnam!
