"What an exceptional place. Very expensive for Vietnam but the attention to detail and friendly service and hospitality were second to none. It is not what you might expect and I would recommend that 4 nights is a perfect length of trip. My only real criticism is the wine list, a lot of very cheap wines at ridiculous prices. It seems to be a trend in Vietnamese hotels. Only one restaurant we went to in Vietnam had decent wine so, worth remembering. "

"This is a 2 star hotel, not a 3.5 star hotel as listed on hotels.com and tripadvisor. There is a government issued 2 star plaque right on the front of the building clearly stating the hotel's name and that it's 2 stars. I booked the Deluxe Room on Hotels.com listed as 24 m2, but the room was only 17 m2. The posters on the wall said room 402 is a Deluxe Room that is 24 m2, but it's a lie. "Absolutely amazing staff! Room cleaning service was actually too good, they clean and change the sheets too much. Food was okay, not sure about if they have bakery in-house, but all pastry / sweets are delicious. One thing though, some facilities are not on 5 star level at all.
