"It was down a dirty noisy ally. If you like getting up at 5am. The traffic and the birds will not be a problem The rooms were dirty and old. The floors made your feet black.. There was no forks spoons or knives to be found. We booked through great pictures of a modern hotel and we got RIPPED OFF. Expedia should be ashamed. "This is a 2 star hotel, not a 3.5 star hotel as listed on hotels.com and tripadvisor. There is a government issued 2 star plaque right on the front of the building clearly stating the hotel's name and that it's 2 stars. I booked the Deluxe Room on Hotels.com listed as 24 m2, but the room was only 17 m2. The posters on the wall said room 402 is a Deluxe Room that is 24 m2, but it's a lie.
