"Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the room size was good. Also, the hotel was in a convenient location near the central of Hanoi and many of the tourist attractions were within a walkable distance or just a 5-10 minute taxi ride (most taxi rides were from $2 to $4 USD). There was also free breakfast included with the hotel price. A great deal in general. "

"Army hotel thw best of the best location, beautiful hotel, luxury hotels, the room very nice , employee super friendly, we met all leaders they are very friendly. Price are incredible compared with another hotel price are a haft. 1010 recommendations other guests. We love this location, this location thw heart of Hanoi capital, 4 minutes to Hoan Kiếm lake , 4 minutes to West lake , 1 minutes to old street of Hanoi… we will come back stay here for our vacation "

"This option was the best value for money I have found in a long while. Very responsive staff, quick to solve my early check-in problem. Location is excellent for business travellers and holiday makers alike. Close proximity to several supermarkets, upmarket and downmarket food options, and shopping. And the added bonus was an old-school style sauna, steam room with cold and hot bath and other fitness amenities."

"There is nothing but lumber and tile shops on this street. Noisy beer garden (it does stop karaoke at 11pm). Low quality hotel resto but seemed popular to the chinese guests. Little/no english at reception. It was ok as last minute booking with no other hotel in this vicinity . "
