"The property is very beautiful.. one thing o observe was the entrance to the lobby was leaking heavily due to heavy rain.. I think they management need to have this issue resolved immediately.. the dining room staff were very helpful.. I would like to acknowledge two individuals who went above and beyond for me and other guests.. Yanique that works in the evening and Mikale that works breakfast in the morning.. I hope I spell their names correctly.. they both work in the main dining room...

"Wonderful vacation. We were welcomed with a plate of food and a fresh drink upon arrival after traveling for 12 hours. It was such a thoughtful touch and set the tone for our entire time. Many reviews comment on the dated property. It is very functional, very very clean and comfortable. I would not let those reviews deter you. "First all inclusive experience with my partner and went super well! Food was good, many restaurant options and great room service. Only thing about the resort was even if your villa is located in the signature level you don’t have access, there was a bar and pool right across from our walkout but weren’t allowed because of bracelets, wish it was labelled better but overall nice experience!"
