"The property has a modern touch. I loved the decor. The host was very nice and very accommodating. He always reached out to me and made sure that we were okay. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. The property is close to the beach and restaurants. The property is even close to a supermarket. I enjoyed my stay there. "The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again"

"From start to finish the staff was knowledgeable, patient and professional. The on site staff were so friendly and helpful. I love the property it was clean there was 24 hour security and it is located in close proximity to supermarket, next door to restaurants and 5 minutes from Devon house. I definitely will be staying there again "

"Property was very clean and tidy, location is fantastic as there's plenty of stores including a pharmacy, takeaway shops nearby, couple of food shops and souvenirs stores to take back any memorabilia. Customers services was absolutely fantastic Alecia, is very proactive in getting things done when needed. The only thing I would recommend is that a washer dryer would be ideal as there isn't one installed in the property."

"1] Mold on 2 walls at the entry door, near bathroom is affecting my throat, making me cough headache
2]The A/C only stays on if I keep walking around in the apartment. If I'm here and go to sleep I wake up sweating because the A/C is programmed to shut off whenever there's no movement.

4] No toilet paper. The amount of toilet paper provided on the near finished roll was about 2 uses worth. Same with paper towel.

We celebrated my girlfriend's birthday at this stunning ocean-view villa in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming.
The villa's layout is impressive: 3 bedrooms with en-suite and balconies. On the third floor, there is a spacious main bedroom en-suite, and on the second floor, two spacious en-suites with a convenient laundry room. The first floor features a well-equipped kitchen, living room, half bath, and bar and grill on the balcony, perfect for relaxation...

"Gruesome dreadful property which needs gutting .. kitchen cupboard need ripping out and property needs a good update. DO NOT book this apartment .. we stayed only one night then fled…. Pictures do not depict the actual true state of the property and the managers could not care less … saw cockroaches.. cobwebs everywhere.. old broken furniture… spend your money elsewhere "

"This was my first time going to Jamaica and I'm so glad we stayed here. I came with my best friend from NY for my birthday. We were both so happy she found this place. The staff was soo nice as soon as we stepped onto the property. We were greeted with a rum punch and guided to the front desk to check our status of arrival. He let us know that there was a beach view upgrade I qualified for due to my platinum status and ready to check in at 1 pm. It was the absolute best invitation we have gotten. From there it only got better. The views, beach and food was all wonderful. This place is a gem in Montego Bay. It's truly a magical place. Despite the first few days of cloudy weather due to the nearby hurricane, still got enough sunshine that was well needed. We also got to meet a lot of nice people and made good friends. This place helped my friend and I create some amazing memories. I would def come back!!"

"Staff was amazing, the entertainment crew was phenomenal. The activities they offer are so much fun and you can tell those dancers put their all into performances for guests. I would love to come back again. The bartenders were sweet and overall I had a good time at RIU Reggae, fun and simple. It is not an extravagant venue but the experience itself was the most important. Will be returning. Thank you Jamaica and RIU staff! "
