"This property is top tier . The food was exceptional with a lot of options . They have a whole lot of staff and they were professional. The only thing I had a problem with was them trying to get me to sign a club package for future travels of which I refused .i think Expedia gives a better deal"

"Room service menu was limited and you have to wake up early to make a reservation for dinner. The app doesn’t allow you to make more than 1 reservation in a day. The buffet had a great variety of food and the servers were excellent. It was hard to get a towel after 3pm. "

"I've been to this resort during the pandemic (2022) so i wanted my husband to experience this for his birthday as well. We ended up becoming a diamond member. Food/drinks was great, wish we could have stayed longer. Shout out to kedesha,Jaheem,Tasha, Brian our butler for a short time and another young lady Shanae i think lol. But a few concerns, our toilet seat was broken, while taking a shower water got all over the floor. But overall i will def recommend this resort. "
