Really beautiful hotel and friendly staff. However breakfast was extremely slow and a little stingy. I.e I was only allowed one small glass of orange juice, and would’ve been charged for a refill

Here is my honest review Staff at the front desk are very nice and helpful The balcony ocean view is a must other wise what’s the point? Walk in shower is convenient The mirror in the washroom is nice The chairs on the balcony are comfy as a bigger person like myself it’s important to have good chairs The pool loungers are very comfy The pool water was refreshing The tv was big and easy to use. You can store your bags It was close to beaches, convenience store and night clubs. Hot breakfast made to order was included all American or Jamaican breakfast Now is this worth 355$/night? No I had the double room ocean view. I stayed at all inclusives at way cheaper so this was not worth it to me. That price should have everything included, water alcohol food etc This place looks like the owner wanted to do the Reno’s quick and get on with charging big bucks by taking really nice modern pictures. The only thing that was worth it was the view on the balcony. Whoever did the Reno’s and finishing touches should rethink their skills! The furniture looks great. The chairs in the dining area are too small for bigger people like me I did not fit. The pool bottom paint was coming off and there was pieces of concrete in the bottom which did hurt my toe. There was no pool towel, prepare to hike to get to the pool. There’s no water fountain so you gotta go get your own water imagine at that price it’s embarrassing. There should be bottles in the room like most expensive hotels.

Overall, the property was good. However, the shower needs modification so that the water doesn’t go all over the bathroom floor. The water was also spilling over into the bedroom from the shower due to the poor design. Also, the front desk staff needs additional customer service training. They were not very welcoming or warm. The restaurant and bar staff were excellent.

It’s a beautiful property, built with quality materials, unfortunately, the workmanship was a little sloppy in areas. For example, the bathroom door bumps into the sink, the lamps weren’t tightly fastened to the wall… However, the staff were professional, the food was great, the public spaces were comfortable, and it was a great value.

Great hotel - Reasonably priced with lovely views of the sea and sunset. Family and friends were able to visit in the lobby area with no issues. Some hotels do not offer this. Excellent location - Harmony Beach Park and Garden, a 10 minute stroll down the road, as well as a supermarket. Busy front road, which I actually enjoyed. Exceptional staff - Georgette, Nada, Asheign, Movada, Giovanni to name but a few. Delicious breakfast - the kitchen staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing one, including making different types of porridge each day. Any issues including a slight water leakage in the bathroom was dealt with promptly. My only observation is that at least two servers should be available each day for breakfast so hotel guests (or non hotel guests who pay for their breakfast) are not waiting long to be served. Georgette and Nada and the other two servers (whose names I have forgotten) did an excellent job at serving when on their own but they were generally run off their feet during the breakfast sitting. A more streamlined breakfast experience would benefit both patrons of the hotel and servers.
