Hotel39 is really well situated near the Hip Strip, restaurants and Hospital Park with its public beach. Doctors Cave beach is nearby if you want to pay. Breakfast was hearty and dinner was good Staff were excellent and incredibly helpful when we lost an item. All in all a great stay
