"First and foremost our stay here was beyond 5 stars. The staff was incredible. We’d like to give a shout out to the employees that made our stay truly one to remember. First up the Kingston Swim up bar crew. Major shout out to Cornel, Antonel, Tricia, Burton, Judy Ann, Tyrese, Menzie, Jenell, Cadrena, and Andre!!! They made our pool experience so magical and provided top of the line services! Next up, the beach servers Calvin and Edward - they never left us dehydrated on the beach!! Next shoutout goes to our favorite lifeguards, Kevin and Clayton - thank you for always being on duty and watching over us as we splashed around in the pool! The entertainment team was 20/10 HUGE shoutout to Toolsie (aka Rooster). This guy is truly one of a kind and never stopped making everyone smile and getting everyone involved in the events. He is a star! Shoutouts to all the girls and Miguel as well!!! The buffet was amazing and we wanted to also shout out our girl Champagne who made our dining so memorable, she even took the time to walk us out on our last day. We love you all, till we meet again❤️"

"Overall impressions of property was fantastic, great, comfortable, clean, spacious. Pool & spa - kids loved this! Co-host Cee Cee - kept regular check-in with us. Challenges- broken/cracked kettle not replaced during our stay - had to boil water on stove/ cooker. Had power cut which caused damage to water heater - no hot water for a week but maintenance man came and sorted very quickly! Driver - time management was an issue - he made arrangement to go shopping but failed to appear. Suggestions - maybe provide a ‘welcome pack’ containing light provisions e.g water, tea, coffee, juice (travelled from UK to JA - a very long journey)!; also provide a list of local places to go/things to do. Overall a fantastic holiday - we all enjoyed! Would recommend property and definitely stay again. Thank you! "

"From the booking right through to the moment I left this magnificent property, I felt thoroughly welcomed and absolutely right at home with my two children. Everything you need is on hand! Lorna and Andrea were very accommodating when I had to extend our stay due to interrupted travel arrangements. Andrea will hook you up with what you need! Even if you need your nails done - Roma is fantastic. We also appreciate our driver Andrew - super kind and we always felt safe. I would give this five million stars if I could. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!"
