Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
I recently stayed at Breathless Montego Bay, and unfortunately, I left feeling that the resort is extremely overpriced for what it offers. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the resort lacks proper organization and planning. We were immediately hit with long waits, especially for dinner, where we waited over an hour to be seated at one of the restaurants.
As for the food, it didn’t live up to the hype. It was decent but nothing special, especially considering the high prices. For a luxury all-inclusive, I expected much better quality and variety. The lack of attention to detail in the dining experience was evident, and it didn’t help that the staff seemed uninterested in making sure guests were comfortable or satisfied. In fact, asking for anything felt like a hassle, with some staff members acting as though you were bothering them.
The overall customer service was lackluster. At a resort of this caliber, you expect a welcoming and attentive environment, but instead, it felt like they were just going through the motions. Whether it was at check-in, dining, or simply asking for assistance, the service was cold and unhelpful.
The resort itself is decent and offers some nice amenities, but honestly, it doesn’t justify the steep price tag. There are plenty of other resorts in the area that offer better service, food, and overall value. I wouldn’t recommend Breathless Montego Bay unless you’re prepared to pay a premium
