"Great location, really welcoming front of house and nice team working at the Renwick. Bonus is the complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings from 7-10am plus bottled water in room & a water station in the gym to refill your water bottles. We were on 6th floor and got a comp upgrade too which was just so nice. Bed was super comfy and slept so well. very quiet, didn’t hear any noise from the street which is so unusual for New York. We did need to ask to get our room hoovered but they took care...

"So impressed with the size of the room. Been to New York many times and not had such a big room. Really comfy bed, great facilities like rainfall shower and tv. Really quiet even though our room was next to the lift. Would definitely stay here again. The WiFi was poor and often dropped out. Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and check out. Very close to Grand Central and a 15 minute walk to Times Square, great location Would highly recommend "
