"We visit NYC to see as many Broadway shows as possible in our week. This hotel was is right in the middle of the theater district so it was perfect. Our only real complaint tlwas that the curtains in the room were very difficult (took 20 minutes to finagle them open) to open and close so we left the curtains closed the whole time. "

"We really enjoyed the Sheraton and cannot wait until after their renovation to try staying again! We did have some issues within our room that were due to age but overall it was a good visit. It was super convenient to all the places we wanted to go and was perfect for our needs during this visit. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean! I would recommend this place for anyone who visits!! "

"The lobby was beautiful!! It had a Starbucks. We loved the location because it’s near several sights we wanted to see. We liked the size of the room since we had a suite with 2 bathrooms. However the beds were at most double sized not queen like we reserved. My husband and I aren’t big people and we barely fit on the bed together. I understand the hotel is old but the paint was chipped off. The shower head only shot out hard. The fine print said they charged for you to use the refrigerator but...

"We had an amazing stay for a special birthday weekend for our son who turned 12. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help him celebrate and feel special. The doormen and valet staff were also amazing and super helpful. The rooms were great too. Will definitely stay again. "
