"Older hotel, remodeled, but you can still see the wear and tear. THE CONS...Rooms are small & the elevators were extremely slow. There was at least one of them shut down/not working the entire length of my stay. THE PROS...Even though the rooms were small, they were very clean. The bathroom was surprisingly updated and really nice. The bed was very comfortable and the location was amazing. Overall, a good place to stay that I would recommend to friends."

"Really like the closeness to Times Square"

"Wonderful. 10 of us from our company stayed here for a convention at the Javitz and it is super convenient to walk to/from each day. Most of the front desk staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly Amanda and Terrence. This place is special. It’s not to be confused with a sterile national chain. "Bed and pillows, towels plus dressing gown all cozy and comfortable. We slept well. However my side of the bed was right against the window and a/c unit. I accidentally knocked some items off the side table and it was almost impossible to retrieve them as the room is all bed! "
