"I enjoyed my one night stay in room 2321; however, there was an issue. As usual I check for bed bugs and noticed there wasn’t a mattress pad/cover. The only thing over the mattress was a flat sheet. I was appalled there wasn’t a mattress cover to protect from sweat. bodily fluids, and etc. I pulled the other flat sheet from the comforter up and tucked it under the mattress to add another layer between us and the mattress so many other people sleep on. "Would say that this is a fine place to stay. Room was small but fine. Balcony but nothing to sit on. The room was not swept well so some debris on the floor which was also true of the halls. The mice traps around the hallways also didn’t set a great tone. I think they are just opening so time will tell. "

"The hotel is located in a great spot with plenty of shopping and restaurants all around it. The courtyard is a really unique space and was the reason why we chose to stay there. The hotel definitely has some miles on it. It looks like alot of things are worn and ready for an upgrade or at least a paint job. I wasnt happy to find that at check in, i had to pay an additional $500 incidental security deposit for our 2 rooms. I was lucky that my card had enough money on it to cover the fee....
