"There were three couples that stayed at Sayan Beach. The condo was right on the ocean with a beautiful huge covered deck and a private beach. Walking distance to the Malacon and old Puerto Vallarta. The restaurants and bars were right beside each pool and the staff were amazing, kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be returning! They also made the best Pina Coladas and Margaritas!"

"Spent a week in PVR at Thanksgiving. This condo is a couple of blocks farther out than we normally stay but it was awesome and well worth the extra steps. It’s pool side so you only need to grab a towel and walk out the door. There is a wonderful ocean view from the wall of windows in the living area. "I have stayed at the Avalon once before and decided to book my trip here again this year. The views are heavenly, it's a $5 cab ride to all of the action. The property is quiet, clean and feels safe. My only complaint was that the bed sheets weren't changed once in an entire week. Aside from that, the cleaners were great, the communication from management was excellent and overall it was a perfect stay, again. I will be back!"
