"Hotel was very nice. Excellent pools (3) and very close to the beach. Balcony views were great. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options and small variations each day. The restaurant, however, for lunch and dinner was very limited with its option. I did not have a car and did not want to taxi/Uber into town each night so i was stuck eating at the resort restaurant. "My time at this Hotel was short 3days but it was very good. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, extremely courteous. They only have one Restaurant on premises but the food was great. I will definitely stay here again. Also I received my VIP upgrade to a VIP suite and it was great, king size bed and very comfortable and clean."

"Only positive thing about our stay in this hotel was the service we got while they were serving breakfast. Breakfast menu only have like five options to choose from. Besides that hotel was not well maintain. Every time my wife and I were going to take a shower we have to call reception for them to turn hot water on. Staff are not friendly. Will not recommend this hotel to no one that wants to visit Cartagena. "

"Arrived to the hotel about 830 pm. Looked like it was close to other hotel restaurants. Wanting to walk and get dinner but was told by the hotel staff that it was unsafe to go outside. Asked for a cab and was told it was difficult to get one. Ending up leaving the hotel that evening. Staff working was rude to my spouse but apologies when we brought it up. "
