This is not a ultra deluxe hotel, although everybody is super kind, everything is very clean, food is amazing. It is more a family hotel but rooms are very nice and acceptable and housekeeping does an excellent job

This is an AMAZING HOTEL!! The room was clean. The service was IMMACULATE. The spa was very relaxing. It has 5 or more pools & the rooftop one is the best. The breakfast in the morning is delicious. I recommend getting a balcony rooms. The view is great. This hotel is about 5-10’mins from the airport and about 15-20 mins to all the restaurants & getsemani. Sandy our bell hop was great as well. & if you want to book excursions Angie at the travel desk is the best!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The adult pool should be open later at least fo 10:30pm or 11pm. The hotel did not offer night entertainment since all bars and pools closed early.

The staff and service were excellent. The property was clean but you could see some wear and tear, not expected in a 5 star hotel. My room was nice but it smelled like mildew, the bathroom was not as clean, you could see the black mold. They did fix the room smell with an air freshener. Toiletries were nice, same as the robe and slippers. Room was quiet. The beach view from the balcony was nice. The hotel has many pools, even an infinite pool just for adults. Nice and quiet. I liked that they are using energy savings that you insert your room key to activate the room electricity. Be aware that this property is almost outside of Cartagena so besides a few restaurants and other hotels there is not much around there. This property is near the airport si you see the airplanes landing, it appears the airplanes are going to land in the water. The hotel taxis are very expensive. Just walk out the property to the right and you can get cheaper taxis right on the street.
