"The staff were amazing from beginning to end. My Spanish is not that great but I made it through. The pools were cleaned every single day. The breakfast was sprawling and fresh. The culture, the natives were world class. Cartagena owes me nothing! I will go back here a million more times. My suggestions are, take a trip to the Old City, Getsemani and do a tour of Cartagena with Chocolate Tourism. What an amazing trip for my daughter, she could not stay out of that pool. All 5 stars for me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Great hotel, nice facilities (not very kids friendly) very good restaurant. For dinner, the restaurant has nice food, but for the price you can get better food in downtown Cartagena. Everyone was very nice, you can easily walk to downtown Cartagena and run around the peninsula with sea view (5km circuit) A very relaxing hotel with great ocean view rooms."

"For the price it's a great hotel, clean, good service, good breakfast, the restaurant could have better food options for the day. It is "far" and not that "easy" walk to downtown Cartagena, but it's very close to the airport. Again, all th staff was great, and it was very clean, pool has games for kids, and there is also a kid's area. Right outside there is a 2km nice circuit to run Moving in taxi is very easy and accessible "
