Viviana and Eliana were great going above and beyond to be sure the stay was comfortable. Diana at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming on check in. Everyone extremely professional. Hotel is safe and clean and food was good with different options. Breakfast buffet was delicious with everything very fresh. But if you ever travel to Colombia or Peru etc. you know the food taste so much better here.

From the smiling helpful doorman to the restaurant staff to the front desk and cleaning stuff, we had nothing but friendly and positive experiences. The room was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay at Radisson Ocean Pavilion. The staff was very professional, the installations clean, the food at the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel was close to the city center and they had taxi service available for the guests at a fee. We would definitely would stay again if we return to Cartagena.

My time at this Hotel was short 3days but it was very good. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, extremely courteous. They only have one Restaurant on premises but the food was great. I will definitely stay here again. Also I received my VIP upgrade to a VIP suite and it was great, king size bed and very comfortable and clean.
