We had the best girls' trip vacation! The hotel was beautiful. The grounds were amazing. We loved the wildlife, deer, and beautiful birds! The breakfast every morning was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed all the variety of fruit and offerings. We decided to visit annually as we had so much fun and made many memories. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we felt safe and well cared for the whole time. We would highly recommend it to everyone!

I liked the animals on the property. It is a pretty Hotel, but very expensive. I flew in from the states and drinks and deserts were expensive. Along with just a bottle of water. Service took FOREVER. The waiters were so slow and it took 30 min just to get drinks. Than another just to get out expensive bill. I hate that they already include gratuity in your bill. This was my first time in Cartegenia, Colombia and this hotel, but I can say it's my last. I will not recommend this hotel.

Overall Beautiful resort , the rooms are a bit dated but not a big deal. They had a smart TV which was great! The breakfast buffet was OK. The pools were amazing! Definitely felt safe on the resort, many security guards were present externally and internally. Would recommend for a solo traveler for (safety purposes) couple or family.

This hotel is an average hotel and many things should be improved for it to reflect the price you pay there. From staff to room - bathroom not working etc. if you expect an average hotel that is a bit worn out it is ok
