This was my second time visiting the Hilton in less than 2 months. Saw my guy Ricardo at the front and he got me checked-in with the speed of Flash and remembered me. I love that everything you need is right in this hotel. Love the room, even though there was some water in it from the rain, didn't bother us. The hotel staff was great. Ordered rom service and it was great. We went to enjoy the pools but unfortunately it was rainy so we just stayed in the room. We did want massages since we weren't doing the pool but they were booked. My advice would be to plan ahead for the spa if want to use it. But overall, love this hotel. Will most likely stay a few nights again my next visit to Cartagena.

this property could and should be all inclusive, rooms was super clean and nice, food was good for breakfast lunch and dinner, staff was super nice, but the beach was ok due to vendor allways trying to sell you something, I would stay here again.

The staff was very nice . Wilson & Gabriel were very nice to our group . The staff at the check in desk were very nice & the security was very helpful to me . The food was good here at the bar & the pool area is beautiful clean had a great time !

The Hilton Cartagena stands out for its exceptional service and the kindness of its staff. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the team at Chivas restaurant, particularly captains Diego and Edwin, along with their outstanding waitstaff. Additionally, I am grateful to the housekeeping team, the bar staff led by Captain Vladimir, and Omar Nieves and his reception team, including the bellboys. This exemplary level of service is why I consider the Hilton Cartagena my second home.

I didn’t like that when I did the check in they didn’t too the time to explain everything to me like breakfast, the lounge etc. The vendors were so annoying at the beach.

Loved the stay at this hotel and access to the beach. The only thing I did not like was the amount of vendors that approach you to sell you things the minute u start walking on the beach, or while sitting trying to relax and enjoy the sun.
