Excellent service and great staff. The prices, however, in comparison to the rest of the city, are very high and it is easy to obtain dinner and breakfast outside of the hotel for a lot less money with acceptable quaility

This is a unique hotel in Cartagena centro historico. Very different, well maintained and the breakfast was fantastic. The service was first class. I bit downside is that when you opened the balcony doors the floor would get really humid and slipery so this is dangerous.
