Tosei Hotel Cocone Ueno Okachimachi was at a very good location, close to the JR line which made travel with 3 younger children just that bit more easy. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The only drawback was the washing/drying machines that always seemed to be busy, but you can check on their status through the website. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable.
