"The hotel is very nice. The room we stayed in could use a bit of an update. The mattresses are not pillow top and could be upgraded. As well, it could use new carpet or flooring. Carpet was worn and a bit dirty, especially for the cost of the rooms. "

"This property was fantastic for us, right in the heart of Shinjuku and directly overlooking Golden Gai. We were able to easily find great places to eat, drinks, and fun things to do just by stepping outside of the hotel. Super easy to navigate around and just a few minutes within walking distance to different malls, high end shopping, and most importantly; Godzilla overlooking the city. The staff here was fantastic, they helped us out with any questions we had, and went above and beyond helping us out with our missing luggage delivery; thank you again! The hotel was spacious, very clean, and offered anything you'd need to make your stay enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again soon. "
