"Staff was nice but don't speak English. However it's a shared common restroom area by a few guests rooms, the room was small but okay comfortable, the lightings in the room didn't work well at all, it's hard to get service there. I wouldn't recommend this place although it's conveniently located only 18 minutes of walking to the area for the fireworks festival. The WiFi wasn't straightforward either. Not working well. There's a small elevator which helps. They seem friendly with inviting us...

"It's cool how they're complete with a mini stove, fridge, microwave and other amenities even though they're price is really cheap. There's a lot of good places to eat around the area and a 7/11 and mini grocery store beside it."

"The location is just a few walks away from Chikatetsu-Akatsuka Station (Yurakucho Line or Fukutoshin Line) and Shimo-Akatsuka Station (Tobu Tojo Line). There are many restaurants,convenience stores and supermarkets around the area. The quadruple room we stayed at is spacious enough for the four of us. It's nice that there's a toilet inside our room.Mr.Susumu and Boyo are very accommodating to the guests. We had fun during the karaoke night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this guesthouse."

"Well in short. Terrible Experience and if there is an option to give -5 -4 -3 -2 -1 0 1 2 3 4 5 then I give them -5. Not recommended at all. Try to avoid at all if you are concerned about condition and customer service. Didn't stay even One Night due to filthy living conditions and got charged for whole week. They advertised something completely different than what it is. Wasted money and the Hotel refused to refund. Avoid"
