"I had sent them a message that it was my birthday weekend and when I got to my room and I had a bday banner, balloons and wine for me. It was a real nice touch. The elevators however, are a big issue, if one of them is down, it would take more than 15 minutes to wait for the next one. "

"Pretty well located near downtown Brooklyn. Easy walking to most things. Staff is pleasant. Continental breakfast is decent with cheese and sandwich meats to make a bagel or English muffin sandwich. Room is neat and serviceable with decent towels and nice toiletries. Not luxurious but really everything you need. Contemporary styling. Good price overalll. "

"It was our daughter’s tenth birthday and they gave us a free upgrade to the 43rd floor. Gorgeous view! It was our first time in NYC and we can’t wait to go back. Beautifully located in the middle of time square. Subway access right at the corner. Times eatery across the street was delicious. Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. "
