"Very good service, very clean property. Only thing- it was not close to Montego Bay or ochos rios so was harder to get a lot of on the water excursions. Only one breakfast option. Was often crowded & hot My teenage daughter & friends loved it, had a blast. They were very strict about the wristbands & teens drinking or being in adult pool so that was nice since they were all 17 "

"Lady at the front desk was very accommodating! She was always professional and smiling! My name is KB FABULOUS and all the staff were amazing! I was in room 2103! I lost my phone and a couple of amazing drivers of the transport vehicles turn my phone into the lost and found! This was my very first international trip out of the United States from the state of Alaska! I really enjoyed myself and would recommend this hotel and resort to others when visiting DR! Also Christopher one of the transport drivers was very friendly and helpful! Christopher is amazing at his job! And Christopher has excellent customer service skills!
