The host/clerk was very apologetic and upgraded our room to compensate for the inconvenience. We were very comfortable and felt very much at home for the long weekend. The interactions we had with the cleaning staff, bellhops, room service and restaurant personnel were pleasant, professional, helpful and very friendly.
