"The house boat was extremely clean. The sheets were clean, towels, washcloths, everything was spotless. Whoever does the housekeeping did an amazing job. The cabinets had things to cook yourself a meal, and there was plenty of room to accommodate our 5 person party. It is an adorable place to stay for a long weekend. The ladies at the check in lodge were very hospitable. There is some construction going on in the area, but it does not interfere with your stay at all. I would recommend this place...

"Great location by food trucks and music. Boat was not in the best shape. Main cabin LED was on and switch was broken, so no way to turn off unless turn ALL lights off at the panel. This was disappointing. Check in and directions were great! No microwave on board."

"Owner communication was great and Master Suite was very comfortable. AC worked great, boat has lot of bathroom space! Our charter to see the sunset was spectacular with such a great kind crew that did a professional job. Our stay overall was verand will book again on our next trip"

"There a lot of negative reviews about this property, but we really enjoyed it. It was exactly what we expected, because we chose a houseboat. I think a lot of the previous negative reviews were expecting a yacht at the price of a small eloquent houseboat. We would definitely do this again, the sunrise was amazing!"

"We had a wonderful time. It is an older, smaller boat but we enjoyed it. There is a port a pot in the cabin but there is a huge shower and bathroom under the carport. We were able to fish right off the boat. Frank will answer texts pretty quickly. "
