"The staff were very friendly and helpful 10/10 customer service. The property is walking distance from Times Square and was very convenient. The room is in okay condition. However the toilet gave us trouble every single day of the trip and we had to keep calling reception to send the handy man to unclog it. However the receptionist gave us a discount for the trouble. The room was also very hot, I would recommend leaving the windows open. Overall a great stay. "

"Third stay at Kimpton - not disappointed. Staff amazing, helpful and welcoming. Beds and rooms well appointed and spacious. Evening drinks on roof top bar. Did not eat at restaurant. Great location for theatre and walkable to everything you need - sights, restaurants, shopping, subway. Love staying here when visiting from overseas"

"The hotel was near everything & our view was spectacular. Unfortunately, we arrived a few hours early and weren’t able to check in. We took a red eye from California to NY so we were exhausted and ended up taking a nap in the lobby. Even though we couldn’t check in early, we felt safe enough to nap in the lobby and weren’t asked to move or leave. The rooms were spacious and clean. We could see the Empire State Building and the Macy’s Store from our window but it was quiet enough that we could rest. Would definitely recommend. "
